Chinese or Indian Prefold Cloth Diapers
Prefold Cloth Diapers are the most economical way to cloth diaper baby. Combined with a set of cloth diaper covers such as our pro-rap classic diaper covers, Bummis diaper covers or our Thirsties Covers or Thirsties Duo WrapCovers these Chinese prefolds or Indian Prefolds make a great system. No pins needed when using modern diaper covers, simply fold the prefold diaper into thirds place in cover, close the snug fitting diaper cover and you are done! One snug fitting and cute diaper! These Chinese Prefolds and Indian Prefolds are Diaper Service Quality tested and are the softest you will find around.
Your prefolds will come to you flat and thin. The more you wash your prefolds they will begin to "fluffy up". As your diapers become more fluffy they are actually becoming more absorbent at the same time.
If you decide to purchase natural colored diapers you will need to prewash your diapers at least 4 times to remove any of the natural oils that are left in them. While you are in the prepping washes, For the Monster suggest you wash your prefolds separately from the rest of your diapers. You will run the risk of coating other diapers with the natural oils during the prep wash period.

The measurements above are approximent WASHED dimensions. You will recieve your Indian Prefolds UNWASHED so they will be larger than the above chart states, but will shrink when washed.
The Diaper Rite Indian prefolds are100% cotton, heavyweight twill and are of diaper service quality, super-absorbent, and so very plush; they can be purchased in both bleached or unbleached and perfectly cut to fit inside most cloth diaper wraps without folding over the ends!
